Conference Room Reservations
The spacious conference room accommodates up to 20 people and includes a flat-screen TV for presentations and a high-fidelity speakerphone for communication. It also has a kitchenette with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave, creating a functional and comfortable space for various professional activities.
Manage reservation requests through the Reservations Application™, accessible from the Tenant Center home screen.
Steps to Submit a Reservation:
- Select the desired amenity to open the reservation form.
- Fill in your contact information and meeting details. including setup, catering, attendees, and requests.
- Attach a completed Conference Room Reservation Request & Waiver.
Reservation Calendar:
View current reservations by selecting the "View Calendar" link, which displays your reservation information.
Your Reservations:
All reservations can be found under "Your Reservations" and can be searched or filtered easily.
Bike Racks & Outdoor Lounge
Conveniently located on Level One of the parking garage are bike racks available for your use. We kindly ask that you secure your bicycle or scooter at all times.
Our amenities also feature a tranquil courtyard complete with patio seating and restaurants, where you can relax and enjoy the refreshing South Florida breeze.
Car Charging Stations
Electric vehicle charging stations are conveniently located at 2 parking spots on the second level of the parking garage.
Elkay Water Bottle Filler
An Elkay water bottle filling station is available on the first floor near the conference room, as well as on each floor within the common area hallways.
These commercial-grade units provide cold, filtered, high-quality drinking water and allow for convenient refilling of reusable water bottles.
Parking Garage
The nine-story parking garage at 205 Datura offers parking spaces for both tenants and the general public. Conveniently situated adjacent to the office building, access for visitors can be found through the exit door located on Datura Street.
Tenants, on the other hand, can enter via the garage elevator lobby. Reserved parking is designated on the first floor, while floors two to seven operate on a first-come, first-served basis for tenants, their guests, and the public.
