Air-conditioning is monitored and controlled by a computerized energy management system, resulting in the most efficient use of energy for environmental control, immediate response to problems, and a comprehensive approach to maintenance.
Hours of operation, unless your lease specifies otherwise, are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
If you will need air-conditioning outside of normal operating hours, please complete the After-Hours HVAC Request Form and attach to a HVAC Overtime service request through the Service Request tenant portal. Please note overtime air-conditioning charges are pursuant to the terms of your lease. There is no air-conditioning programmed on the building-standard holidays.
For adjustments to the temperature level in your offices during business hours, please contact the Management Office.
