For your convenience, we have included downloadable documents that will expedite various building service requests. Hard copies of all forms are available from the Management Office as well.
- Access Card Request Form - To request an access card, please submit a service request via your tenant portal. Select the service type "Access Cards" and upload the Datawatch Access Request form with your submission.

HVAC
Air-conditioning is efficiently managed by a building automation system for optimal performance and maintenance. Normal hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
For after-hours air-conditioning, complete the After-Hours HVAC Request Form via the tenant portal, noting that charges apply per lease terms.
No air-conditioning is available on building holiday closures.
For temperature adjustments during business hours, contact the Management Office.
Janitorial Services
Janitorial services are available Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, and include dusting, cleaning, vacuuming, sanitizing, and mopping. Additional services like window washing and spot removal are scheduled regularly, while carpet shampooing and floor waxing can be arranged at the tenant's expense.
The Management Office conducts inspections to ensure quality performance, and tenants are encouraged to report any concerns by calling (561) 839-6918 for prompt resolution.
Mail Service & Deliveries
Deliveries
Packages are accepted by our concierge, who will deliver them between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Deliveries of larger items, such as office furniture or supplies, are also permitted during these hours; however, they must be accepted by a representative from your firm.
Mail Service
Your mailbox is situated in the lobby adjacent to the concierge desk.
The U.S. Postal Service delivers mail every business day, including Saturdays, with the exception of holidays.

Tenant Center Access will allow you to:
- Submit and track Work Orders and Certificates of Insurance. Note: Access to complete these options is based on the property’s app subscriptions and may not be available for all tenants.
- Customize notification options - receive information via email and/or text!
- View and manage your contact information.
- Sign up for notifications containing critical property information such as updated policies, security procedures, building closings, etc.!
- Receive alerts pertaining to the latest news about the surrounding area like weather and traffic conditions!
- Stay current and improve your involvement in crucial property initiatives like sustainability and preparedness campaigns!
- Learn more and take better advantage of the available amenities and affinity programs at your property!

How to submit a Service Request:
- Select Service Request - Request Service;
- Click the circle, or choose from the drop down menu the service type you are requesting;
- Enter the location and a brief description relating to the request. Please enter any and all information that will assist management in locating and addressing the request.
